At SnapForge AI, operated by HackertronSoftware, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes things don't work out as expected, and we've created this policy to be as fair and transparent as possible.
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all credit purchases, subject to the following conditions:
- You have used less than 10% of your purchased credits
- The refund request is made within 7 days of purchase
- This is your first refund request
- No violation of our Terms of Service has occurred
How to Request a Refund
- Email us at refunds@snapforgeai.com within 7 days of purchase
- Include your order number and email address used for purchase
- Briefly explain the reason for your refund request
- We'll review your request within 24-48 hours
- If approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:
- More than 10% of purchased credits have been used
- More than 7 days have passed since purchase
- Credits were obtained through promotional offers or discounts of 50% or more
- Free trial credits (these are always non-refundable)
- Previous refund has been issued to the same account
- Violation of our Terms of Service or abuse of the platform
Cancellation Policy
Since SnapForge AI operates on a pay-as-you-go credit system rather than subscriptions:
- There are no recurring charges to cancel
- Credits never expire, so there's no need to cancel to avoid losing them
- You can stop using the service at any time without penalty
- Your account remains active indefinitely unless you request deletion
Account Deletion
If you wish to permanently delete your account:
- Email us at support@snapforgeai.com
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed
- All unused credits will be forfeited
- Your data will be deleted within 30 days
- You can create a new account in the future if desired
Technical Issues
If you experience technical problems that prevent you from using your credits, please contact our support team immediately. We'll work to resolve the issue or provide appropriate compensation, which may include:
- Additional credits to compensate for the inconvenience
- Extended refund eligibility period
- Full refund if the issue cannot be resolved
Disputes and Chargebacks
We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback. Accounts with active chargebacks will be suspended until the matter is resolved. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination and legal action.
